I'm trying to do some of my exercises here in the studio today. You know, rather than just sitting around here playing music all afternoon, I'm trying to keep in shape at the same time. So when I've got a few minutes I do a few lunges, maybe a plank or two, because it's all good for you. In fact trainers say there are 10 different movements that you should do every day to keep your body healthy and in good shape. These moves help with flexibility too, which is vital as we get older.
