We don't often hear about Bruce Springsteen's kids, but he's got three of them. He and his wife Patti Scialfa have two sons, 30 year old Evan and 27 year old Sam, also a 29 year old daughter named Jessica. Jessica is a champion equestrian, and this past weekend she was named to the U.S. Olympic show jumping team for the Tokyo Summer Games!
Apparently she was born to ride as she's spent much of her life on horseback. She received her first pony when she was only 6 years old...one of the perks of being a child of 'The Boss.'
Jessica posted the news on Instagram saying "Been dreaming of this since I can remember!" This dream has been a long time coming. According to the Daily Mail, she was an alternate for the London 2012 Olympics team, and unfortunately was unable to earn a spot on the team that went to Rio in 2016.
But now she's made it so watch for Jessica Springsteen during her event which is scheduled to happen from August 2nd until the 7th! Good luck Jessica representing Team USA!
