Rock n Jock Charities is holding their 21st Annual Night of Entertainment on August 8th at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick for a couple of great causes. Proceeds will benefit A Wish Come True, a wonderful organization that grants wishes to children in Rhode Island and Massachusetts suffering from life threatening illnesses. And also F.A.R.A. the Freidrich's Ataxia Research Alliance. Steve Smith is one of the founders of Rock n Jock Charities along with John Cafferty and Michel Gilbert, and I had the chance to chat with him about this fun two day event featuring a concert Sunday night and golf tournament on Monday. The golf tournament is sold out but there are still plenty of tickets available for the show.
