You've gotta be kitten me! There was some added entertainment at the Yankees game on Monday night. The team was playing the Orioles at Yankee Stadium when a little kitty cat ran onto the field during the eighth inning!
It bolted around the warning track, with crew members in pursuit. Boy that little cat can run! It took off across the outfield, and leaped onto the outfield wall to try and escape, but he couldn't find his way out because of all the netting around the field. Poor thing, it looked so scared! Finally the cat took off through an open gate and up into the stands.
They're not sure how he got in to the stadium, but Orioles outfielder Cedric Mullins said he saw the cat in their dugout earlier in the evening. The whole funny incident was captured on video. Check it out!
