The Westport Rock, Rhythm and Blues Fundraiser is Sept 10 - 12th!

The 26th Annual Westport Rock, Rhythm and Blues Fundraiser to benefit A Wish Come True is coming up the weekend of September 10th through the 12th! A Wish Come True grants wishes to children in Rhode Island and Southeastern Mass who are suffering from life threatening illnesses. They also have a hardship fund that assists their “wish families” who need help paying the rent or mortgage, utility bills, hospital parking fees and more!

Frank Ray is a member of the Board of Directors for A Wish Come True, and he's the creator of this fun event! The three days will be full of live music performed by several local bands!

Here's the schedule of acts for the weekend:

Friday September 10th - Jimmy Thibault Memorial Chicken BBQ featuring "The Basics" from 6 to 10PM

Saturday, September 11th

1 – 2 PM Rayz' Hovoc

2:30 - 3:30 PM Wolf & The Jam Daddies

4 - 5:00 PM Louie Leeman & Cheap Sneakers

5:30 - 6:30 PM Steve Puccio with Hot Potato

Sunday, September 12th

1– 2 PM Voodoo Alley

2:30 - 3:30 PM Likk

4 - 6:00 PM Wild Nites (2 Shows)
