Well , apparently a clump of hair is worth more than what the average American makes in a year ... as long as long as it comes with very extensive documentation proving that it belongs to the King of Rock and Roll ... Elvis Presley ! A baseball size clump of of the Rock'N' Roll Legends hair recently sold for (ya ready for this ?) 72 - Thousand 500 Dollars at an L.A. Auction. The items that were among the " Very Extensive Documentation " included plane tickets from when Elvis would fly his personal barber out to him (no matter where the barber or Elvis where at the time ) for a haircuts ...as well as a certificate of authenticity signed by hair collecting expert ( yup ...apparently there is such a thing ) John Reznikoff of University Archives. Imagine that on your mantle for display!!
