Coggeshall Farm in Bristol, RI Has Some Fun Fall Events!

An historic farm in Bristol has some really fun events happening this Fall for people of all ages. You may have seen the buildings of Coggeshall Farm on your last visit to Colt State Park in Bristol. The farm sits on 48 acres, and features gardens where they grow heirloom plants, and raise heritage breed animals. Guests will get to see how a farm ran back in the 18th century.

Fall is an exciting time at the farm. You can learn about Halloween and Jack O Lantern history, New England haunting history and the history of witchcraft in New England as well. Plus enjoy a hay wagon ride, a hay maze, Clues and Candy and more!

Coggeshall Farm presents "Phantoms and Fire" Wednesday through Sunday Oct 20 - 31st, 5 - 8:30pm. Once the sun goes down, local actors and actresses present "Nevermore, the Fantastic Terrors of Edgar Allan Poe." The performers will tell Poe's creepy stories and bring them alive in different areas around the farm.
