Cardi's Furniture Generously Donates Bedroom Set to B101 Wish Kid Euphemia!

Hey it’s Kristin! Back in July I was honored to be asked to join the Board of Directors for A Wish Come True, the oldest wish granting organization in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.We grant wishes to children and teens with life threatening illnesses. They also work with the Meghan K. Duffy Memorial Foundation and have created a hardship fund for wish families who need financial help with rent, mortgage payments, groceries etc.  

One of those awesome kids is Euphemia from Providence who suffers from Sickle Cell Anemia. Her wish is for a new bedroom set, so B101 had put together an event at R1 Indoor Karting. Well unfortunately that event had to be cancelled, but no worries, the Cardi’s have come to the rescue!

Ron and Pete Cardi listen to B101 every morning and they heard about our Wish Kid Euphemia! The guys generously offered to donate a brand new bedroom set to Euphemia from Cardi's Furniture Superstore! She’s very excited to go shopping at Cardi’s for that! Thank you so much Ron and Pete, you're the best!!
