Is there a point where someone is too old to get a tattoo? I don’t think so. I’ve always wanted to get a tattoo, but never could decide on what picture I wanted to get. What image would I want on my body for the rest of my life? That’s the only thing that’s stopped me.
The hastag #tatgranny isnow trending after an 82-year-old grandmother’s TikTok video went viral. Judy Dede told her granddaughter she wanted to get her first tattoo, and then she went through with it. Judy said she read an article written by a woman who was right around her age, and this woman wrote that she thinks people should live life to its fullest. That was thepush she needed to finally get some ink.
Judy got a tat on her right forearm with a unique design; it’s a treble clef with a fish hook, a ribbon and a heart.
Do you think 82 is too old for a first tattoo? How about 70? Or 60? How old is too old? Is it more acceptable for an old man to get one as opposed to an old woman? I don't think you're ever too old. Life life your way!
