LEGO To Reward It's Employees After "Extraordinary Year!"

I wish more companies would learn that you get better results and work ethic from employees when you treat them well. The Lego Group knows this and after a banner year of Lego sales, the Danish company said they’re rewarding their 20,000 employees with some extra time off and some extra cash!

Lego released a statement saying that after it had an "extraordinary year," it wanted to give a big thank you its workers, so they’ll all get to take an extra three days off at the end of 2021. Plus, according to Bloomberg, in April, each employee would also all be receiving a, quote, "top-up" in their annual bonuses! Wow! I’m just impressed that they get annual bonuses, never mind that they’re getting even more of a bonus in 2022.

Bloomberg also reports that Lego's employees were given an extra month's pay back in 2015, so the company has a history of treating their people very well! Are they hiring?!
