You know Dolly Parton and her husband Carl Dean have been married for 55 years?! That’s incredible! I hear she love to cook and she’s great at it, but she admits she’s a messy cook. Luckily, she says he cleans up everything after she’s done!
Her love of cooking has developed into a partnership with Dunkin Hines. Together they’ve created a line of Southern style cake mixes and frostings.
Hitting stores in March of 2022 will be new Southern Style Coconut Flavored Cake Mix and Southern Style Banana Pudding Flavored Cake Mix, plus two frosting flavors, Creamy Buttercream Frosting and Chocolate Buttercream Frosting. All of that sounds luscious!
On the back of the box will be “Dolly approved” instructions on how to make the cakes which is a bit different from the traditional water, oil and eggs. She says you should add milk and butter along with sweetened coconut flakes in that Coconut Flavored cake.
These cake mixes and frostings will only be available for a limited time so grab them when you see them!
