Friends tops the list of the best TV shows of all time, followed by Seinfeld, in a new survey in which respondents also said the 1980s and '90s were the best decades for television. In the One Poll survey of 2,000 adults for YouTube TV, 19 percent said the '80s and '90s were the best for TV, followed by the 2000s at 15 percent, the 2010s and 10 percent and the '70s at 10 percent. Just seven percent said we're currently in the best era for TV. Interestingly in our streaming age, 45 percent said they still have recordings of their favorite TV show episodes on DVDs or VHS tapes, and 92 percent of those people still occasionally watch them.
