If you’ve held off buying an iPhone because of the high price tag, now there may be one that’s a little more affordable for you. Tomorrow, March 8th, Apple will hold its first product event of 2022, and rumor is the company will debut a whole bunch of new devices.
One is said to be their first low-cost iPhone with 5G connectivity and a fingerprint reader. Currently Apple’s entry level iPhone is the iPhone SE which retails for $399, and it’s thought the new iPhone SE3, with added features, will stay at the same price but we’ll see.
The company is also expected to introduce new iPhone features including new facial recognition software that lets you unlock the phone while wearing a mask. And rumor is we can expect midrange price-tag iPad as well.
The Apple “Peek Performance” event will be virtual airing on their website an on YouTube.
