It’s been tough watching the news and seeing the devastation on social media of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the bombed-out buildings, injured civilians and over a million refugees. If you’re looking for a way to help the suffering people of Ukraine, join local heroes Ron and Pete Cardi by donating this Saturday at three of their Cardi’s Furniture locations.
Cardi’s Furniture & Mattresses will be collecting Humanitarian Aid for the people of Ukraine on Saturday, March 12 2022, 8am-2pm at the following (3) locations: Cardi’s Furniture & Mattresses 1681 Quaker Ln. All collected supplies will be sent in containers directly to Lviv, Ukraine via Krakow, Poland to help those in need.
Items that are most urgently needed are: Clothing, Underwear, Socks, Footwear, Towels, Blankets, Sleeping bags, Diapers, Wet wipes, Personal hygiene items, First aid items, Over the counter medicine, Non-perishable food, Paper plates, Plastic Silverware, Toilet paper, Paper towels. Please NO perishable food or water.
