And This Year's Cadbury "Bunny" Is...

For the last several years Cadbury has held a contest searching for a pet to serve as the Cadbury “Bunny” for the Easter season. This year the candy company received over 12,000 video entries nationwide for their Cadbury Bunny tryouts. The 10 finalists included a miniature horse named Sweetheart, Cheeto Puff the Bearded Dragon and a sugar glider called Sprinkles, but it was a therapy dog from Ohio who won the most votes.

Cincinnati’s own Annie Rose, an English Doodle who works as a nursing home therapy dog was awarded the starring role in this year's Easter Cadbury Bunny commercial. Annie Rose will also be inducted into the Cadbury Bunny Hall of Fame, and her people will receive $5,000! I hope they use some of that cash to pamper Annie Rose, she deserves it!

Cadbury will donate another $5,000 to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) plus an extra 5K for every 5,000 votes she received on the website. Annie Rose got so many votes Cadbury is donating $20,000! Way to go Annie Rose!
