The first trailer for the upcoming "Thor: Love and Thunder" was just released and it looks awesome! This Summer get ready for return of Chris Hemsworth as The Mighty Thor! Oh yeah, and it looks like Natalie Portman is Thor as well!
In the trailer, Chris Hemsworth, who plays Thor Odinson, is now with Chris Pratt aka Star Lord and the rest of the Guardians of the Galaxy, or as he jokingly calls them the “Asgardians of the Galaxy.”
With the Guns 'N Roses' song "Sweet Child 'O Mine" playing in the background, the trailer shows Thor laying down his new hammer Stormbreaker. He says he needs to “figure out exactly who I am,” and that his superheroing days are over! Well, it sounds like Natalie Portman is taking his place as Thor! At the very end of the trailer we finally get to see Portman's character Jane Foster all dressed up as the hammer-wielding god. Check out the trailer below!
The Thor movies are among my favorites in the Marvel Universe so I’m really looking forward to “Thor: Love and Thunder!” The film hits theaters on July 8th!
