Grab your popcorn, it’s National Movie Night! Although you may want to skip this film that’s opening today.
I’m very disappointed to hear the new movie ‘Jurassic World: Dominion’ is getting really bad reviews. With over 175 critics checking in on Rotten Tomatoes, the film only has a score of 34%. Audiences grade it quite a bit higher, so far, it’s at 80% with them.
Here are some of the reviews from critics on Rotten Tomatoes:
Peter Howell of the Toronto Star writes, “If 100 Tyrannosaurus rexes were put into a room with 100 typewriters, pounding away with their adorable tiny claws, they would likely produce something of greater value than the witless bombast of “Jurassic World Dominion.”
And Susan Kamyab of This Chix Flix gave it a D+ and said, “The only takeaway from “Jurassic World Dominion” is that the franchise is ready for extinction.”
Many are calling it ‘the worst’ in the franchise. As someone who has seen Jurassic Park 3, I find that very hard to believe. After listening to Tea Leoni scream throughout the entire film, that one is definitely my least favorite.
