Taco Bell is always coming up with interesting new menu items. These fun snacks are a collaboration with the Kellogg’s company, and they feature giant Cheez-It crackers that are 16 times bigger than normal!
The new $2.49 "Big Cheez-It Tostada" is made with layers of ground beef, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes and cheddar cheese all piled onto a giant Cheez-It. The restaurant chain will also use the mega cracker in their "Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme."
Taco Bell’s chief food innovation officer Liz Matthews put out a press release that said, “We’re thrilled about this new concept with Cheez-It, which gives our fans the chance to experience the real cheese and crunch they love from both of our brands in a whole new way.”
For now you can only sample one of these creations at the Taco Bell in Irvine, California, and only for the next couple of weeks. I’d say a road trip is in order!
