Theyāre having fun, free event called the Rain Harvest Arts Festival on October 15th from 10 a.m. ā 2 p.m. (The rain date is Sunday, October 16) at Roger Williams ParkĀ at the Boathouse Lawn (across the street from the Carousel area.)Ā
The Rain Harvest Arts Festival is a free community celebration of water, science, and art, highlighting the green infrastructure in Roger Williams Park.Ā
