Next year will be the 40th anniversary of the classic holiday movie "A Christmas Story." Now Ralphie is back, and he’s all grown up in "A Christmas Story Christmas."
Pete Billingsley reprises his role as Ralphie, who returns with his wife and kids to the house he grew up in on Cleveland Street.
Since the original 1983 movie was set in the 1940s, the new film will take place in the 1970s. Ian Petrella who played Ralphie’s little brother Randy will return for the sequel as will Ralphie’s buddies Scott Schwartz (Flick) and R.D. Robb (Schwartz) and the school bully Zack Ward aka Scut Farkus.
Will it be as good as the original? Probably not, but I definitely want to check it out anyway.
