Amazon Prime Adds New 'Dialogue Boost' Feature to Original Movies & Series

Do you find yourself when you watch shows like raising and lowering the volume because you can't hear what the actors are saying, but then it gets super loud with the music and special effects? Well Amazon Prime has a solution to that!

The streaming service has a new feature that will help viewers understand the dialogue in some of its original movies and series. They’re calling it Dialogue Boost and it’s now available on certain Amazon Prime Video original movies and TV shows.

The feature allows you to increase the volume of what's being said in proportion to all the background music and sound effects, which will be very helpful. I know I often find myself raising and lowering the volume throughout shows.

Dialogue Boost is available now on Amazon Prime series including "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" and "Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan," plus their original films "The Big Sick" and "Being the Ricardos."

Amazon says we can expect Dialogue Boost to be available on more titles later this year.
