Taylor Swift's Concert Film Expected to Make $100 Million Opening Weekend

Taylor Swift changed the music industry, now she's transforming the movies as well. Film crews followed her around while she performed her Era’s Tour. Now she's going to release a concert film for everyone who either missed her show or wants to relive it.

That concert movie is expected to make $100 million just during its opening weekend! And it's not just the movie, it’s being morphed into a whole experience. This has lead movie theaters to design specialty popcorn buckets. They're creating boutique cocktails and even setting up friendship bracelet making tables. So going to the movies becomes this whole experience rather than just going and sitting down and watching a film.

Look for Taylor’s concert film to hit the three major theaters, AMC, Regal and Cinemark on October 13th. It's expected to be so big, Universal even opted to move their new movie ‘Exorcist: Believer’ from the same release date. It’ll now hit theaters a week earlier on October 6th.
