We heard about this a while back now it is finally happening. A new story is coming to the "Stranger Things" universe in the form of a stage play.
Fans are finally getting first look at "Stranger Things: The First Shadow" which will debut in London's West End in later on this month.
Netflix released a teaser video giving us a behind-the-scenes look at the stage production.
The story is a prequel to the TV series and is set in Hawkins, Indiana in 1959. We’ll see the younger versions of Sherrif Jim Hopper and Joyce Maldonado who are seniors in high school in this story. .
And we’ll learn more about Henry Creel's back story before he became the villain Vecna in Season four.
Stranger Things creators Matt and Ross Duffer co-wrote "The First Shadow." The show is set to begin previews on November 17th at the Phoenix Theatre then officially opens on Dec. 14th.
